1. Product Eligibility

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to namkeen products purchased from Baba Namkeen.

2. Conditions for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The product is expired upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.

To initiate a return, the request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Return Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup. The return shipping costs will be covered by Baba Namkeen.

  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
